Former ports director Marconi sues after state balks at covering his legal fees

In 2025, Geno Marconi, the longtime director of NH’s ports, was named in a civil suit for his alleged conduct while he worked for the state. The NH Attorney General’s office, which later prosecuted Marconi on criminal charges, is refusing to cover his bills.
