Burst of outside spending for Bronin, Larson in final weeks

New super PACs add to the burst of activity from outside groups playing in the four-way Democratic primary for U.S. Rep. John Larson’s Hartford-based seat on Aug. 11. About a half-dozen groups, which can’t coordinate with the campaigns they support, are pouring more than $2.5 million into the race.
