Julia DeFeo is a community-centered leader and advocate who brings humanity and heart to every aspect of her work. The first-generation Puerto Rican is the executive director of the Wilson-Gray YMCA in Hartford’s North End, and leads with a vision rooted in empathy, empowerment, and fostering safe and supportive spaces.
